We’re so glad you’re interested in joining a home group! Life is lived best in community and we are here for you! Welcome to UT Dallas and to Texas! We are so glad you are here! Just as many unique tiles come together to form a beautiful mosaic, the Mosaic Home Group is excited to celebrate the different cultures and customs we all represent. We know coming to a new country and speaking a new language can be difficult, and we look forward to being a place of connection and support as you settle into your new U.S. life as a student!
What to expect?
Meeting Place
Our group meets at an American's homes near campus on Wednesday nights. Transportation from campus is provided.
Food
We like to share American and international food together. A free meal is served first, followed by dessert after the discussion time.
Games
It's time to relax after a busy week of classes. We like to make new friends, enjoy each other’s company, play games and discuss the latest news with friends.
Discussions
We desire to be a home-away-from-home for you as an international student. We typically gather together every other week as a group to learn more about each other; our unique cultures, values, language and food.
