Hello, I am Phyllis!
Phyllis is a registered nurse licensed in Hong Kong and the US state of Texas. Earned a Bachelor of Christian Studies (Caring & Counseling Ministry) from Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary in 2013. Joined ISI staff in 2004 with her husband Abel. Phyllis and Abel loves working with Chinese and Taiwanese students at UTD.
